The hotel was clean & the staff was courteous and attentive. Used the gym and was impressed with the facilities- though small, it was very clean and well maintained with new equipment ( Peloton, etc) The staff made every effort to accommodate us. I realized too late that I had not booked a room that could accommodate an extra bed for the night. At the property, the young lady was able to upgrade my room.

The W Boston offers the most unique night time lobby experience, with DJ music offered quite often. Went on the Thursday night, found a great table, sat, drank, had good food, and even danced. The hotel lobby at night pulls in people from the city, so quite energetic. The hotel itself is spotless and great rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very highly recommended!

Very clean, comfortable and excellent location. Walking distance to Copley Square and many restaurants. Staff amazing , especially Cory at the Front Desk. Great lobby lounge! Door staff also terrific. Polite and helpful. Loved the daily breakfast at The Gallery. Fantastic service and great food.

Fantastic location! I was here for the Boston Marathon and it truly was a wonderful experience. The staff were really lovely and treated me like royalty. The house keeper who cleaned our room was exceptional, she was so friendly and even made sure to check in how I went with my race, so lovely!
